Role Purpose: Serves as a key contributor for a given process area and system. Performs established operational processes, providing support for inquiries, issues, and requests from assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities- Supports compliance procedures, gaining exposure to relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
- Supports and networks with business units and functions to understand needs, trends, and current solutions.
- Assists with tracking operational metrics, analyzing trends and highlighting key performance indicators.
