FINANCE PRACTICE GROUP MANAGER

Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a dynamic and fast-growing full-service law firm of more than 400 attorneys and professionals, is seeking an experienced Finance Practice Group Manager to join its Charlotte, NC office. The Practice Group Manager plays a critical and visible role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Finance Practice Group and its sub-teams, as well as driving the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in collaboration with practice group and firm leadership. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence skills, along with an understanding of law firm operations. This role also partners closely with the firm’s Business Professional teams to coordinate operational support and ensure alignment with strategic planning for the practice group.
