Finance Officer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing financial information from the computerized accounting system.
• Such reports as: Monthly Variance Financial Statements/general ledger data.
• Monthly Student Pay-lists.
• Responsible for the processing transactions in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Responsible for administering and monitoring the financial activities for band programs as required.
• Must be familiar with reporting to various funding agencies.
• Prepare for the annual year-end audit.
• Maintain the computerized accounting system.
• Maintain financial files and records (scan and archive documents according to policy).

Qualifications

• Must have a 2-year Diploma in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance.
• Minimum 3-years experience in full cycle accounting and budgeting.
