About the role: The trainee will support the BA&C team by streamlining and standardizing marketing & sales finance activities, contributing to greater efficiency and alignment across the function.
Responsibilities
- Financial reporting.
- Expenses control (budget vs present).
- Managerial presentation support.
- Participate during the budget/forecast preparation.
- Support BA&C team during month end closing activities (expenses, price variation, site production, added value & yield).
- Consolidate and organize customer sales data into clear and actionable reports.
- Support the updating and monitoring of the e‑commerce channel P&L.
- Record, track, and report on the status of the investment budget.
- Manage and follow up on creative requests backlog, ensuring deadlines are met and monitoring usage and performance.
