Location: Mexico City ️ Mandatory: Advanced English About the job Responsible for overseeing all non-transactional service delivery activities within the SBS department at the Mexico (Polanco) location. This role leads key initiatives such as transition programs, change management, process improvement, budget management, and alignment with SBS strategy. The SBS Operations Supervisor partners closely with Service Delivery teams and leadership to ensure effective execution, capacity planning, and service placement. This role is also accountable for managing transition pipelines, ensuring smooth handoffs between teams, and monitoring SLA performance throughout the transition lifecycle.
