Drive financial success as a Finance Manager supporting Sales and Marketing teams. This hybrid role focuses on financial analysis, forecasting, and insights for strategic growth.
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong analytical background and 6–8 years in finance, ideally in the CPG industry. You will partner with regional teams to enhance brand profitability and drive strategic decisions through insightful narratives and performance insights. Your role encompasses leadership in monthly closes, P&L monitoring, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a financial partner to Sales & Marketing teams
• Evaluate commercial investments for alignment with financial goals
• Provide monthly reports and recommendations to managers
• Lead the monthly financial close process with accuracy
• Monitor and analyze regional P&L performance for compliance
