Finance Manager Role Description: The Finance Manager supports in driving the financial performance of the organization by overseeing financial planning, budgeting, performance analysis, cost control and financial reporting processes, while ensuring coordination between the Accounting Department and Senior Management for accurate and timely financial decision-making. Responsibilities: 1. Financial Planning & Analysis Prepare and consolidate annual budgets in coordination with all departments. Develop periodic forecasts and rolling projections. Monitor financial performance versus budget and prior periods. Prepare variance analysis reports and recommend corrective actions. Analyze profitability by product, region, customer and channel. Support pricing decisions through cost and margin analysis. Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and conduct financial feasibility studies.
