We are seeking an experienced Manager, Financial Reporting to join our finance team. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial statements and reporting obligations. The ideal candidate brings deep technical accounting expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
About the Opportunity
- Lead the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP
- Author full FS notes including narrative commentary — not just supporting tables; ability to craft clear, insightful disclosures is essential
- Coordinate with the Financial Reporting team on note supporting schedules
- Acquisition Accounting: Read and interpret purchase agreements to identify accounting implications
