Drive financial strategy as a Finance Director, spearheading Odoo ERP implementation and organizational accountability. Ensure effective financial operations across the company.
Your key role will involve managing daily financial operations while implementing strategic directions from the President. You will oversee the preparation of financial reports, coordinate budgeting processes, and implement effective financial policies and systems, including the Odoo ERP solution, to enhance accuracy and control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and evaluate the finance department’s operations
• Direct preparation of all financial and management reports
• Guide budget processes and financial estimates correction
• Implement systems for financial monitoring and internal controls
• Foster financial literacy and accountability among staff
Requirements:
• Strong background in financial management roles
• Extensive experience with Odoo ERP and its financial applications
