Overview
SG&A Finance team seeks a Finance Business Partner who will act as a change agent and support expense control to achieve financial objectives. The role involves working closely with cost center owners and providing insightful financial recommendations to support informed decision-making across the business. Core Responsibilities
Support operational leaders in evaluating their needs, identifying risks and opportunities, and assessing the financial impact of their decisions. Present financial results to operational leaders and obtain explanations for observed variances. Act as a strategic financial advisor by proactively providing recommendations to improve financial performance and cost management. Analyze budget variances and prepare financial analyses. Participate in forecasting and annual budgeting processes for expenses related to assigned cost centers.
