The Finance Business Controller serves as an operational and financial partner to the Regional Leadership, ensuring sound business management and driving operational excellence. The role acts as a strategic co‑pilot to the Regional Managing Director, providing the performance data, delivery analysis, and insights required to support profitable growth and efficient execution.

This position is the bridge between the global finance function and regional business and delivery operations. The Finance Business Controller is responsible for translating performance metrics and financial data into actionable operational recommendations, translating strategic goals into clear targets, providing forward‑looking capacity analysis, and reviewing business health to support proactive decision‑making.
