Finance Analyst
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support in cost accounting activities for assigned manufacturing plants
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to manufacturing performance
- Support internal stakeholders including Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams
- Monitor and control inventory processes and financial accuracy
- Analyze cost variances and operational performance metrics
- Support decision‑making through financial insights and data analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting for production areas
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in similar roles.
