As Finance & Accounting Manager, you will lead the company’s day-to-day financial and accounting operations. You will work closely with leadership and play a critical role in building scalable financial processes, improving visibility into company performance, and supporting Sami Agtech’s growth. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Close and accounting operations: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, maintain accurate financial records, and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense management.
• Compliance and external coordination: Coordinate with external accountants and auditors, support year-end activities, and assist with tax filings and regulatory reporting.
• Forecasting and financial planning: Build and maintain cash flow forecasts, support budgeting and financial planning, and produce financial reports and KPI dashboards for management.
