Field Support Analyst

AstraZeneca is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Support Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will be the linchpin of our Strategic Field Operations, representing the Data Management & Operations function and supporting our Biopharmaceutical and Oncology Business Units.
Your core responsibility will be Field Employee Credentialing, ensuring our team has the necessary credentials to access Healthcare Provider (HCP) or Healthcare Account (HCA) sites/facilities.

Accountabilities:
As our Field Support Analyst, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and external Vendor Credentialing Organizations (VCO).
You will build strong relationships with key customers, manage corporate dashboards with each VCO, and oversee contracted managed services credentialing support.
