Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $105,000.00 Annually

Lakes District Maintenance Inc. is seeking a Field Superintendent to support and collaborate with the Superintendent and Foremen within Service Area 24 . This position plays a critical role in planning, coordinating, and optimizing day‑to‑day highway and bridge maintenance operations to ensure contract deliverables are met or exceeded.

Reporting directly to the Superintendent, the Field Superintendent provides hands‑on leadership in the field, supports operational decision‑making, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
