The Field Service Technician diagnoses, repairs, maintains, and inspects equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. This role supports customer productivity through high-quality technical service delivered in both shop and field environments, while adhering to company safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and regulatory requirements. The Field Service Technician works collaboratively with Parts, Service Advisors, and fellow technicians and represents the Company’s commitment to safety, professionalism, and service excellence.

This is a field-based position and will require frequent local travel. Hepson Equipment will be putting up a satellite location within Portage LaPrairie.
