What to Expect
The incumbent will perform on-site dispenser installation, service, preventative maintenance, site surveys, repair and service on a variety of beverage dispensing equipment at customer locations and facilities. This position is an existing vacancy.
A day in the life
- Receive dispatched service call via dispatcher.
- Perform preventative maintenance as required.
- Diagnose and repair reported service issues and all other problems encountered; perform a quality drink check (ratio/brix), temperature and taste).
- Provide training to customers on the daily maintenance of the dispensing equipment.
- Follow up with account until the service call is completed.
