OverviewTechnical Service Specialist with previous industrial mechanical experience needed to support industrial doors.This is an on-site role in Guadalajara and requires up to 50% travel to customer sites.ResponsibilitiesInterfacing with customers via phone and email for troubleshooting and product functionalityTraveling to customer locations for installations, assessments and repairsDocumenting data obtained during all technical service activitiesWhat we are looking forCertification in mechanical or electrical systems or equivalent work experienceThree+ years experience in a technical support role, preferable in a manufacturing settingWorking knowledge of/experience with mechanics, electrical panels, VFD drives, PLCs and industrial controls4Front Engineered Solutions is a leader in the door and docking industry.This role supports High Performance Doors, under the brand names Dynaco, Albany, and TKO.Why apply?
