• Servicing, maintaining and commissioning medical diagnostic imaging equipment.
• Promptly following up and resolving customer issues.
• Applying critical thinking to resolve complex problems.
• Completing electronic documentation.
• Maintaining tools, testing equipment and calibrating materials.
• Planning and scheduling service and maintenance duties.
• Interfacing with customers to provide quality service and support.

Qualifications

• Biomedical electronics, electronics technologist diploma, or equivalent.
• Solid computer skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Field service experience is an asset.
