Field Service Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support a modern rental and equipment operation serving commercial and industrial clients across the GTA. This is a mostly field-based role (approx. 70% road / 30% shop) with a company service van provided and the ability to take the vehicle home. This opportunity is ideal for a technician who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and seeing jobs through properly not just swapping parts. The right person is confident, team-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable asking for support when needed.
Location: Mississauga, ON (Field Coverage: Hamilton Toronto Ajax/Pickering)
Schedule & Compensation
Hours: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday). Flexibility needed for OT and service calls.
Overtime: Paid after 44 hours
Pay: $35$45/hour (flexible for top-level talent; review possible after 90 days)
