Provide on-site startups, training sessions, and service for EDDY Pump equipment at various project locations.
Troubleshoot and repair issues related to excavators, diesel engines, hydraulics, and low-voltage electric systems.
Collaborate closely with our engineering and production teams to enhance product functionality and resolve field issues.
Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
Document all service activities, including issue diagnosis, repair actions, and recommendations.
