Field Service Engineering, Chromatography and Spectroscopy

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting customers through on-site technical service activities, including installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of chromatography and spectroscopy systems. You will work with a variety of hardware, software, and networking solutions, ensuring optimal system performance and high customer satisfaction.

• Provide on-site support to customers, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of company and multi‑vendor systems.
• Install and optimize hardware, software, and network configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve technical and performance‑related issues in analytical instruments.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective service activities.
