Field Sales Manager

Position Summary

Field Sales Managers will provide the Sales teams and District Managers with the sales expertise and activity management necessary to support continued long‑term growth. They will coach and develop rental sales and lease sales associates to improve sales cycle time.

Location

2500 Bd Pitfield, Saint‑Laurent, Quebec H4S 1Z7 – supporting Halifax, Moncton, Quebec City and Ottawa locations.

Major Responsibilities

• Develop Leases Sales Representatives, Rental Sales Representatives, and Branch Managers through coaching, training, and deal support.
• Identify development needs and deliver training programs, monitoring application and progress.
• Provide training and support to shorten learning gap of the sales team, ensuring they are knowledgeable, prepared, and successful.
• Coach District Managers and District Rental Managers as necessary.
