Position Overview: The Field Recruitment Coordinator focuses on leading the driver recruitment efforts to support business growth. This role will focus on generating quality leads, attending recruitment events, and building strong relationships with prospective Owner Operators and Company Drivers. The Field Recruitment Coordinator will work closely with Business Development, Operations, and Onboarding Coordinators to ensure hiring targets are met.
