Field Coordinator (Regenerative Agriculture)

We’re looking for a Field Coordinator who brings more than technical knowledge we need someone who understands farmers because they’ve lived it.

This role sits at the intersection of regenerative agriculture, farmer engagement, and commercial impact. This position will work directly with Western Canadian producers, helping them adopt regenerative practices while ensuring measurable outcomes across GHG emissions, soil health, and sustainability metrics.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Prairie farmers and want to play a meaningful role shaping the future of agriculture, this is an opportunity to have real impact.
