Valard Construction is hiring a Construction Supervisor focused on grounding for the Waasigan Transmission Line in Northern Ontario. This field position offers leadership responsibilities combined with safety oversight.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a crew of up to ten and ensuring compliance with Valard’s strict safety procedures. Supervisors will handle daily paperwork, coach team members in technical skills, and uphold quality standards. Building positive relationships with clients and addressing safety concerns with the on-site Safety Advisor are essential to the role.
