Job Description

The role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency of molds above 90%, performing preventive maintenance of molds and autonomous maintenance of equipment, ensuring quality and cost reduction, inspecting molds for defects, replacing and adjusting worn components, conducting leakage tests, polishing components, operating machining tools, disassembling molds for cleaning, welding maintenance, performing corrective and preventive maintenance on lower‑complexity equipment, providing technical support to tooling, ensuring safety, and complying with BD’s Quality Policy, SSMA guidelines, and Corporate Procedures.
