Job Description

With our business expansion, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Farm Supervisor to join our team. The Farm Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations on our farm, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Main Duties

• Overseeing farm labourers/workers;
• Organize, prepare and manage usual activities on the farm such as planting, irrigation, harvesting, grading, sorting, packing etc.;
• Opening in the morning and closing at the end of the business day;
• Hiring and training farm labourers/workers;
• Assigning work to workers, supervising and evaluating worker's performance;
• Creating work schedules and establishing procedures;
