Job Description
Lead farm operations for fruit and vegetable farming as a Farm Operations Supervisor. This permanent role focuses on managing crop development and supervising staff in a dynamic environment.
With 3 to 5 years of farming experience, you will oversee vineyard and greenhouse operations. Your responsibilities include developing growth plans, maintaining vine quality, and ensuring farm safety. You’ll also hire and train a small team to foster effective farm management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate water saturation, light, and temperature for crops
• Develop crop growth plans and prioritize activities
