Farm Operations Supervisor

Rubicon Holdings Corp. is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Farm Operations Supervisor to support cultivation, crop maintenance, harvest, and post‑harvest activities within our greenhouse operations. The successful candidate will assist with planting, transplanting, watering, pruning, defoliation, sanitation, harvest support, trimming, and general crop handling tasks in accordance with cultivation schedules, standard operating procedures, and company policies. This role requires hands‑on work in a fast‑paced agricultural environment and requires the ability to follow instructions, work efficiently as part of a team, maintain product quality, and comply with all health and safety, sanitation, quality assurance, and security standards.
