We're looking for one (1) Temporary Family Support Counsellor I to join our team!
Role Summary
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Family Support Counsellor I is responsible for the delivery of family support services to the children and families in the care of Wood’s Homes. Family support services include in home support as well as school liaison and community co-ordination as needed.
