NTP Family Practitioner Contract or Experienced Practitioner Group Contract working with Refugees/Newcomers to Canada (1.0 FTE) | Downtown Urban Greater Victoria
The Victoria Primary Care Network is seeking an applicant(s) to join the region in providing primary care services to underserved populations. We seek New to Practice Family Practitioners and/or several experienced Family Practitioners to help stabilize primary care supports for Newcomers to Canada. The position is 1.0 FTE which can be either one individual or more than one, adding up to 1.0 FTE, who would share the practice.
The Family Practitioner(s) will provide full service primary care for patients coming from the federal newcomers to Canada program who need stabilization prior to transfer to a regular primary care provider, including federally-mandated Health Assessments.
