Family Physician - Emergency

Overview

We have capacity to welcome at least two Family Practitioners to our well established Exeter clinic in 100 Mile House as colleagues retire. This opportunity suits family practitioners who are enthusiastic about rural practice and who are committed to a rural lifestyle. You can work the full spectrum of Family Practice or develop a more specific practice with emphasis on interests such as residential care, mental health, pediatrics, prenatal care, or GP oncology with additional training. A requirement is willingness to provide 4-6 ER shifts per month in our 24/7 ER. Our clinic has capacity to grow with experienced office staff and space for up to 10 office/examination rooms in the main clinic and 2 in the off-site walk-in clinic. We are proud to be among communities granted status of proof of concept as we move forward with Patient Medical Home Network development. Teaching opportunities are available for those interested.
