Position Summary

FP/ER LOCUM opportunities!! Masset is seeking FP/ER locum coverage for various time frames over the next 6 months. Exclusive weekend Emergency shifts are available!! ER +1 is not required. Locum dates can be customized to suit your availability and remuneration will be compensated on a short-term locum contract and managed through Northern Health. Locums are met by clinic staff on day of arrival and provided with an orientation and introduction to the community. They are given a quick tour of town and shown where the clinic and hospital are located. They are then escorted to the locum accommodation. For a typical 5-day assignment, you can expect a combination of in-clinic pre-booked patients and ER on-call. On-call emergency department shifts are all 24 hours, and weekend coverage begins Saturday morning through to Monday morning. EMR: MOIS. Training is provided on the first day by IT.
