Your new role
In this new role, you will oversee files from inception to completion, with guidance and mentoring as needed. Your responsibilities will include drafting various legal documents such as pleadings, financial statements, affidavits, conference briefs, and facta. You'll be involved in preparing and conducting discoveries, arguing motions, attending conferences, and assisting with trials. Researching and analyzing case law and statutes will be a key aspect of the role. Proficiency in legal software, including Divorcemate and Clio, is essential.
