Factory Test Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of in‑process and finished liquid cooling products through robust factory testing. The role applies industrial expertise in test processes, sensing techniques, signal conditioning, and electromechanical systems, with a strong understanding of heat transfer and fluid dynamics. The specialist drives continuous improvement in factory test methods, improves first‑pass yield, and collaborates closely with the factory test team to meet financial targets and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
