Job Type: Permanent – Evening Shift (Monday to Thursday)
Salary: Based on experience + evening bonus
Your Role
You will be a key player within a team engaged in the manufacturing and assembly of large-scale metal structures. You will supervise and coordinate production operations to ensure the quality and efficiency of activities according to established standards and timelines.
Your Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and direct workshop operations to optimize production.
Guide and supervise work teams, including skilled workers and subcontractors.
Control the quality of produced parts and perform regular checks.
