**The role:**
Reports directly to the Factory Manager and serves as a steadfast guardian of financial stewardship and governance for the facility. Acts as a trusted co-pilot to the Factory Leadership Team, ensuring sound financial vision, organization, and practices. Provides fact-based decision-making for short-term objectives and long-term strategic initiatives. Delivers cost visibility and accurate forecasts through robust analysis and reporting, monitors budgets, and controls variances. Ensures compliance with financial regulations and NAS standards.
