Facility Supervisor – Southwest Ontario Region

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will oversee building activities, staff, vendors, subcontractors, safety compliance, project work, and client relationships, ensuring efficient planning, management, and development of effective controls and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Communicate HSE requirements and issues effectively through Toolbox Talks and regular engagement with staff, subcontractors, and clients.
• Keep all work areas clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Schedule and coordinate on‑site maintenance staff, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient service delivery and quality completion of work.
