Position Summary
We are seeking a Facilities Support Coordinator to assist with inventory management, equipment handling, workspace setup, document storage, and corporate vehicle coordination. This role supports daily operational activities while ensuring efficient service to internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inventory, move, and deliver equipment and supplies.
Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on company assets.
Coordinate meeting room and shared workspace setups.
Manage inactive file storage, retrieval, and delivery.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs for company vehicles.
Maintain vehicle records, registrations, and incident reports.
Prepare reports and support operational projects as needed.
