Lead maintenance reliability efforts as a Facilities Reliability and Maintenance Planner. Analyze data and develop proactive strategies to enhance system performance and safety within facilities.
This senior role focuses on understanding maintenance data trends to create effective preventive plans, fostering a culture of reliability and efficiency. You will coordinate interdepartmentally to ensure seamless integration of maintenance efforts with production and engineering needs. Training staff in predictive maintenance practices is also an integral part of the position.
