FACILITIES PROJECT MANAGER IV

To oversee and provide management support in all aspects of project management for the construction of all University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) facilities. Manages multiple large and complex projects with a focus on highly technical, mission-critical, and sensitive initiatives. Ensures overall construction project completion to meet established project scope, budget, and delivery schedules in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations and construction specifications. Description of Duties Leads and oversees a team of project managers ensuring the successful completion of various UTRGV projects distributed across multiple locations; projects include a diverse range of complex academic, health care, and research construction projects, as well as other major/minor initiatives.
Provides guidance and leadership to subordinate project managers through effective communication, coordination, and conflict resolution.
