Job Description
Take the lead at YMCA of the National Capital Region as a Facilities Supervisor. Drive maintenance excellence and foster an inclusive team environment at the Taggart Building.
As a Facilities Supervisor, you will coordinate the physical plant services, supervising a dedicated team of around twenty staff members. Your focus will be on maintaining all facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, and aquatics, while also implementing standards of service excellence across the organization. You will oversee project management and facility budget compliance to ensure operational efficiency.
