Facilities Coordinator
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES : · Manage and oversee all hard and soft facilities services, including maintenance, janitorial, waste management, and workplace services. · Ensure facilities comply with local Brazilian regulations, corporate EH&S, and Security requirements · Lead and coordinate construction, refurbishment, and fit‑out projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations · Project management, supervising and coordinating the work of contractors (3rd parties);
· Managing and leadingchange to ensure minimum disruption to core activities;
· Coordinate equipmentand structure repairs;
· Act as primary facilities point of contact with landlords, including service coordination and issue escalation · Plan and optimize space utilization across leased and co‑working environments · Keeping staff safe;
· Planning bestallocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organizing current premises;
