Job Description

The role provide support in the general administration and upkeeping of the Office and facilities. The role extends to managing contractors, vendors, and other professionals to ensure safe and seamless operations in the office.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining and strict monitoring of Office and Vendor contracts including expirations and schedule of renewals, and compliance with permits and licensing
  • Coordination and management of general office upkeeping including maintenance of air conditioning system, troubleshooting, general cleaning, pest control, plumbing and office expansion
  • Ensure compliance to DOLE for Office Health and Safety Regulations for the Manila Office
  • Management of building administration requirements for ingress/egress of office contractors, delivery coordination and office furniture
