As a Facilitator for Developmental Camp Activities, you will oversee and inspire children with autism during an enriching summer camp session. Your role, spanning from late June to early September, will focus on creating an inclusive, organized, and enjoyable atmosphere for campers. You'll collaborate closely with caregivers while effectively addressing any behavioral challenges and fostering participation in various activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate engaging camp activities
• Guide campers in selecting fun and creative pursuits
• Encourage positive interaction and teamwork
• Maintain a clean, safe camp environment
• Complete incident reports in a timely manner
