Job Summary

A Remote Leasing Consultant is our first impression to potential and current residents. A Leasing Consultant will listen and understand the needs of a potential resident and show them that we have what they want. Greeting potential and current residents, taking requests/complaints by phone or via email, and participating in outreach activities Leasing Consultant. This position requires a customer service and sales mentality.

Essential Functions

• Answer questions from potential residents to define what they want.
• Schedule apartment and community tours with potential applicants.
