Advance your career as a Façade Manager with a prominent Tier 1 Main Building Contractor in West Dublin. You will leverage your expertise in façade management and relevant UK/Ireland experience.
The Façade Manager will oversee the facade aspects of a large apartment project, ensuring compliance with design specifications and contract conditions. This role involves monitoring installations, managing scaffolding, and conducting safety briefings. You will engage with the design team and ensure progress with balcony installations during scaffold striking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure façade compliance and quality check installations
• Supervise scaffold management throughout the project
• Oversee balcony installation coordination
• Conduct design team meetings regularly
• Maintain strong H&S practices on site
Requirements:
• Previous Façade Management experience
• Work history with Main Building Contractor
