Job Description
ROLE PURPOSE: The FF Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for the programme coordination, performance monitoring, and quality assurance of outsourced fundraising agencies (vendors) partnering with Save the Children Indonesia. This role acts as the primary operational support for the FF implementation strategy, ensuring that third-party partners achieve % of member acquisition targets while maintaining Save the Children’s high standards for member quality, brand integrity, and operational excellence.
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Agency Performance & KPI Management
Ensure outsourced agencies meet % of monthly committed donor goals for Save The Children, reflecting the required Sign-Up/Day targets.
Drive and monitor a target volume growth through strategic agency coordination and performance optimization.
