Extrusion Engineer

To ensure the smooth implementation of processes during production, participate in new product process development, process modification, process verification, and maintenance of normal product production processes. Handle equipment and process issues for new projects. Analyze manpower requirements, equipment capacity, space utilization, and reasonable process flows, and propose optimization points for product design. Assist process engineers in resolving issues in mass production projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Participate in the process development, process setting, verification, equipment installation and commissioning of new sealing strip projects; product sample debugging and delivery; responsible for the creation and issuance of flow charts, PFMEAs, and other documents;
